Common questions
What counts as a user?
A user is a staff member who can add or edit information in your system — case notes, forms, client records, and so on. Every ShareVision edition includes unlimited clients and services, so the people you serve are never counted as users or limited in number.
Need to give someone else — like a family member — access to view specific records? Reach out to support to talk through your options.
What happens when we outgrow our plan?
Upgrade anytime — your records, forms, and settings come with you. Simply 50 and every Plenty plan can also add 25-user packages between sizes.
Can we change our plan later?
Yes. Plans run on a 12-month term, billed monthly, and you can upgrade or add user packages at any point during the term. Any user packages are automatically cancelled when you upgrade, so you never pay twice.
Is our clients' information private and secure?
Yes. Every plan includes staff roles and record-level security, so people only see what they should. Plenty adds a fully private database for even stronger separation.
What are JumpStart credits?
Credits buy time with our Product Experts — report building, form building, and help with data migration. One credit is $50 of ShareVision services, yours to use when it suits you.
